After the official introduction of the Performance Management System (PMS) by the Vice Chancellor, Prof Kenneth Matengu, recently, the team started with Southern Campus in introducing the system to staff. The campus hosted an “onsite” Performance Management System launch that was attended by all staff members.
Subsequently, all 66 staff members attended a 3-day high-level ABC Performance Management training. The training was led and conducted by the University PMS Campus Activation team, consisting of Reginald Izaks, Done Brinkman, Fanuel Hiiko, Emilia Nambahu, Anton Bruwer and Leoné Janse van Rensburg. The team was reinforced on the ground by a local implementation support team under the leadership of the Campus Director Prof Lischen Haoses-Gorases and Dr Collen-Issa Uahengo – “UNAM PMS /Khigu! Southern Campus!”
This forms part of the overall rollout and implementation of UNAM’s Performance Management System.
The Southern Campus session is to be followed by Rundu Campus.
